摘要
在档案信息化建设快速发展的新形势下,对国内先进省区科技档案馆或科技档案管理机构的成功经验与做法进行了调研汇总,分析目前新疆科技档案管理的现状及存在的问题,提出新形势下创新新疆科技档案管理思路和对策措施,为相关部门制定新疆科技档案管理政策提供决策咨询。
Under the new situation of rapid development of archives informatization construction,this paper summarizes and combs the successful experiences and practices of domestic advanced provincial science and technology archives or science and technology archives management institutions,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of science and technology archives management in Xinjiang,puts forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures to innovate the management mode of science and technology archives,and provides decision-making advice for relevant departments to formulate policies on science and technology archives management in Xinjiang.
