摘要
可拉伸导体作为应用于智能电子纺织品领域的重要材料,引起了人们的广泛关注。然而传统可拉伸导体的电阻存在应变敏感的特性,限制了其在可拉伸设备上的应用。应变不敏感型可拉伸导体由于其应变不敏感性、可拉伸性、高导电性成为可拉伸导体的首选。文中综述了几种应变不敏感型可拉伸导体的结构、材料及制备方法,应变不敏感性能的表征,其在智能电子纺织品的部分应用,并对应变不敏感型可拉伸导体的应用前景进行了展望。
Stretchable conductors have attracted wide attentions as important materials in the field of intelligent electronic textiles.However,the resistance of conventional stretchable conductors is strain-sensitive,which limits their applications in stretchable devices.Strain-insensitive stretchable conductors are the first choice of tensile elastic conductor due to their strain-insensitivity,stretchability and high electrical conductivity.This paper summarized preparation methods of several strain-insensitive stretchable conductors,the characterizations of strain-insensitive properties,and the partial applications for intelligent electronic textiles,and discussed the application prospects of strain insensitive stretchable conductors.
