摘要
为预防煤矿胶带火灾,本文利用热重红外联用仪(TG-FTIR)和热裂解-气相色谱质谱联用仪(PY-GC/MS)测试了金鸡滩煤矿胶带热解行为,对热解挥发性产物进行了定量分析,并构建了煤矿胶带火灾风险预警指标体系。结果表明:煤矿胶带热解失重过程主要分为2个阶段,第1阶段在175℃~358℃发生交联缩聚热解反应,失重率为63.39%,第2阶段在358℃~600℃发生氧化还原和脱链解聚反应,失重率为26.37%,并在290℃、465℃和570℃出现了特征峰;热解第1阶段产物以邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)和对苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DOTP)为主,当热解温度上升到358℃时产物中出现苯系物和多环芳烃;CO和HCl生成量分别在416℃和252℃开始迅速增加,之后迅速下降并趋近于0,CO_(2)生成量在396℃迅速增加,在迅速降低后又缓慢增加,峰值分别出现在485℃、298℃和560℃处,分别为0.29%、1.26%和19.35%,其气体浓度的变化可以准确预警煤矿胶带火灾的发展状况。研究结果可为煤矿胶带火灾防治提供理论基础。
In order to prevent coal mine belt fire,this paper uses thermogravimetric infrared combined instrument(TG-FTIR)and pyrolysis-gas chromatography mass spectrometry(PY-GC/MS)to test the pyrolysis behavior of Jinjitan coal mine tape,quantitativelyzed volatile products,and constructed a fire risk warning index of coal mine belt standard system.The results show that the pyrolysis process of coal mine belt is mainly divided into two stages.In the first stage,cross-linked condensation pyrolysis reaction occurs at 175℃~358℃,and the weight loss rate is 63.39%.In the second stage,redox and de-chain depolymerization reaction occurs at 358℃~600℃,characteristic peaks appeared in 90℃,465℃ and 570℃;the first stage of pyrolysis products are mainly di(2-ethylhexyl phthalate)ester DEHP)and diisooctyl terephthalate(DOTP),benzene and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons appear in the product when the pyrolysis temperature rises to 358℃;CO and HCl generation began to increase rapidly at 416℃ and 252℃ respectively,and then rapidly decreased and approached 0,CO_(2) generation increased rapidly at 396℃,and slowly increased after rapid decline.The peaks of the three occurred at 485℃,298℃ and 560℃ respectively,0.29%and 1.At 26% and 19.35%,the change of gas concentration can accurately warn the development of coal mine tape fire.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the fire prevention and control of coal mine tape.
