摘要
为分析东峰煤矿3202工作面巷道变形量大的原因,通过现场钻孔取芯、实验室实验和理论分析相结合的方法,对煤岩的RQD值、物理力学参数、矿物成分和遇水崩解性质进行了测定和分析。结果表明:顶板泥岩、粉砂质泥岩和细粒砂岩的RQD平均值分别为45.8%、64.8%和93.2%,分别属岩石质量差、一般和很好的岩层;3号煤的抗压强度为5.40 MPa,泥岩平均抗压强度32.03 MPa,粉砂质泥岩的平均抗压强度为61.13 MPa;3号煤层顶板岩石的矿物成分主要为高岭石、石英、珍珠石、沸石、地开石、方解石、黄铁矿和锐钛矿;顶板泥岩在饱水-风干8个循环后即崩解断裂,而粉砂质泥岩和细粒砂岩在饱水-风干8个循环后,仍然保持其初始的完整性,表明3号煤层顶板泥岩具有遇水崩解软化的性质。研究结果为东峰煤矿提供了系统的基础实测数据,也为3202工作面巷道围岩稳定性控制和支护优化奠定了理论基础。
In order to analyze the cause of large deformation of roadway in 3202 working face of Dongfeng Coal Mine,the RQD value,physical and mechanical parameters,mineral composition and water collapse property of coal and rock were measured and analyzed by means of field drilling and coring,laboratory experiments and theoretical analysis.The results show that the average RQD values of roof mudstone,silty mudstone and fine-grained sandstone are 45.8%,64.8%and 93.2%,respectively,belonging to poor,general and good rock strata;The compressive strength of No.3 coal is 5.40MPa,the average compressive strength of mudstone is 32.03MPa,and the average compressive strength of silty mudstone is 61.13MPa;The mineral composition of the roof rock of Coal Seam 3 is mainly kaolinite,quartz,pearlite,zeolite,dickite,calcite,pyrite and anatase;The roof mudstone disintegrates and breaks after 8 cycles of water-saturation and air-drying,while the silty mudstone and fine-grained sandstone still maintain their initial integrity after 8 cycles of water-saturation and air-drying,indicating that the roof mudstone of No.3 Coal Seam has the property of collapse and softening in water.The research results provide the systematic basic measured data for Dongfeng Coal Mine,and also lay a theoretical foundation for the stability control and support optimization of roadway surrounding rock in 3202 working face.
