摘要
为保证工作面安全生产,对429工作面地质条件、巷道布置形式以及瓦斯异常聚集情况进行分析,表明下行通风方式在上下巷落差增大时有可能造成采空区风流逆转,自然风压降低或地面气温升高也会导致反向风流的情况,最终使工作面瓦斯异常涌出并聚集。实践表明:通过加强工作面和采空区瓦斯抽放管理和采取措施降低风阻、提高风压,瓦斯聚集区浓度降至0.6%以下,工作面生产正常。
In order to ensure the safety of working face,the geological conditions,roadway layout and abnormal gas accumulation of working face 429 were analyzed.The results show that the downward ventilation may lead to the reversal of air flow in goaf when the drop between upper and lower roadway increases,and the decrease of natural wind pressure or the rise of surface temperature may also lead to the reverse air flow,and finally the abnormal gas emission and accumulation in working face.The practice shows that:through strengthening the management of gas drainage in working face and goaf and taking measures to reduce wind resistance and increase wind pressure,the concentration of gas accumulation area is reduced to less than 0.6%,and the working face production is normal.
