摘要 为解决复杂条件影响下工作面过断层破碎带问题,以东滩煤矿3308综放工作面为工程背景,基于现场复杂工程条件及设备条件,综合考虑巷道加固方式、超高区段装顶改造方式、采煤机截割层位控制等方面,设计制定了合理的工作面过断层破碎带方案,并成功应用于现场,有效的保障了工作面正常回采,提高了煤炭资源回收率。 In order to solve the problem that the working face passes through the fault fracture zone under the influence of complex conditions,the 3308 fully mechanized top coal caving working face of Dongtan Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background,based on the complex engineering conditions and equipment conditions on site,and comprehensively considering the roadway reinforcement mode,the superelevation section roof installation and transformation mode,the shearer cutting layer control and other aspects,a reasonable working face passing through the fault fracture zone scheme is designed and formulated,and successfully applied to the site,effectively ensuring the normal mining of the working face,Improve the recovery rate of coal resources.
