摘要
传统准Z源变换器由于寄生参数及器件应力的影响,其较低的电压增益所提供的直流电压难以匹配光伏电池输出与并网逆变器之间直流母线的电压等级。此外,考虑到光伏电池的使用寿命,有必要抑制变换器的输入电流纹波。针对此,面向光伏发电中的高电压增益与零电流纹波的要求,基于准Z源变换器,利用耦合电感实现输入电流零纹波。同时,引入电压增益单元,提高电压增益,降低开关器件的电压应力。所提变换器无需辅助电路,只包含一个共地开关,控制与驱动较为简单。阐述了所提变换器的工作原理,并对变换器器件进行参数设计,在PSIM进行仿真验证,最后搭建1台48 V/400 V、200 W的实验样机验证理论分析的正确性。
Due to the influence of parasitic parameters and device stress,the DC voltage provided by its lower voltage gain is difficult to match the voltage level of the DC bus between the output of photovoltaic cells and the grid-connected inverter.In addition,considering the service life of photovoltaic cells,it is necessary to reduce the input current ripple of the converter.Aiming at the requirements of high voltage gain and zero current ripple in photovoltaic power generation,this paper realizes zero ripple of input current by using coupled inductor based on quasi-Z source converter.At the same time,it introduces the voltage gain unit to improve the voltage gain and reduce the voltage stress of the switching device.The proposed converter doesn't require auxiliary circuits and only contains a common-ground switch,making control and driving relatively simple.The paper firstly explains the operating principles of the proposed converter,then designs the parameters of the devices,and verifies them through simulations using PSIM.Finally,a 48 V/400V,200 W experimental prototype is built to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
