摘要
目的:评估针对性营养护理干预路径应用于溃疡性结肠炎患者的积极价值。方法:纳入80例患者,均患有溃疡性结肠炎,就诊时间为2020年3月至2022年3月,选取随机方式,均等拆分,设立2组,分别为对照组、观察组,每组例数40例,前者为标准化护理方案,后者为针对性营养护理干预路径方案。选取心理状态和营养学指标,对两种护理方案的效果进行对比。结果:观察组的焦虑(SAS)以及抑郁(SDS)等心理状态相关指标得分较对照组更低,营养学指标较对照组更高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溃疡性结肠炎患者得到针对性营养护理干预路径的护理后,负面情绪得到明显缓解,营养不良现象得到较大幅度地改善,有利于溃疡性结肠炎的好转,护理效果显著。
Objective:To evaluate the positive value of applying targeted nutritional nursing intervention path methods in standardized nursing for patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:The paper included 80 patients with ulcerative colitis,who went to the hospital between March 2020 and March 2022.The patients were randomly selected and equally divided into 2 groups,namely the control group and observation group,each with 40 cases.The former received the standardized nursing regimen and the latter received the targeted nutrition nursing intervention path regimen.Psychological state and nutritional indexes were selected to compare the effects of the two nursing schemes.Results:In the observation group,the scores of related psychological state indexes such as Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were lower than those in the control group,the nutritional indexes were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After patients with ulcerative colitis received targeted nutritional nursing intervention path regimen,negative emotions were significantly alleviated,and malnutrition were greatly improved,which benefited the recovery from ulcerative colitis with remarkable nursing effecte.
