摘要
基于正逆向混合软件Geomagic Design X,以某汽车曲轴锻件为案例,分析了曲轴的结构特点,对点云数据进行了精细化处理,完成了三维模型的曲面重构。并将创建完成的曲轴锻件实体与原始点云进行比对,偏差色谱验证了混合建模方法的可行性与优越性。
Based on the forward and reverse hybrid software Geomagic DesignX software,the structural characteristics of an automobile crankshaft forging are analyzed,the point cloud data is refined,and the surface reconstruction of the three-dimensional model is completed.The created crankshaft forging entity is compared with the original point cloud,and the deviation chromatography verifies the feasibility and superiority of the hybrid modeling method.
