摘要
目的探究脉冲射频治疗在带状疱疹治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月-2021年12月在本院进行带状疱疹治疗的患者62例,随机分为观察组(n=31)和对照组(n=31),对照组行西药治疗及常规治疗,观察组在西药治疗及常规治疗基础上联合使用脉冲射频治疗仪治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者在开展护理前SAS评分未见统计学差异,而在护理完成后两组患者均有明显降低,但观察组患者的评分值低于对照组,同时观察组患者的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,数据对比分析差异显著(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组的睡眠质量明显更优,观察组的睡眠时间更长,并且入睡时间更短,数据对比分析差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者有所恢复,观察组总有效率相较于对照组来说明显更高,差异对比显著(P<0.05);观察组较对照组的不良反应率低,差异具有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论带状疱疹在临床上属于常见的感染性疾病,这种疾病的发生与疱疹病毒感染密切相关。临床在治疗带状疱疹引发的神经痛时,选择脉冲射频治疗仪治疗,有助于改善患者的治疗效果。
Objective To explore application effect of pulse radiofrequency therapy in treatment of herpes zoster patients.Methods The paper chose 62 patients with herpes zoster in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021,and divided them into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=31)randomly.Control group was treated with Western medicine treatment and routine treatment,while observation group with combination of Western medicine treatment and routine treatment of pulse radio frequency therapy instrument.Treatment effect between two groups was compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in SAS scores between two groups before nursing,while both groups showed significant decrease after nursing.However,scores of observation group were lower than control group,pain scores of observation group patients were significantly lower than control group,(P<0.05).Corresponding comparative analysis showed significant difference(P<0.05).Sleep quality of observation group was significantly better than control group,with longer sleep time and shorter sleep time.comparison analysis showed significant data difference(P<0.05).After treatment,condition between two groups recovered and total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Adverse reaction incidence of experimental group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Herpes zoster is a common infectious disease in clinical practice,which is closely related to herpesvirus infection.Pulse radio frequency therapy instrument can improve treatment effect of patients with neuralgia caused by herpes zoster.
