摘要
基于拓扑互锁结构原理设计了一种导弹武器发射系统高强玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料防护盖,采用有限元仿真方法和动态模拟技术分析了防护盖在设计载荷下的冲破性能和抗砸性能,制备出实物样件并进行了适配器砸击试验和模拟弹头冲破试验。结果表明:研制的防护盖的冲破性能和抗砸性能满足设计指标要求,经适配器从以20 m/s速度自由落体砸击5次,防护盖结构未发生贯穿性破坏;模拟导弹发射时冲破最大力为1328 N,防护盖齐根断裂性能良好。
A kind of high strength glass fiber reinforced resin composite protecting cover was designed based on topological interlocking structure theory.The breaking performance and anti-smashing performance of the protecting cover under the design load was analyzed by finite element simulation method numerical simulation and dynamic simulation techniques.Test samples were made to finish a series of tests,such as anti-smashing performance test with adapter and breaking performance test with simulating warhead.The results show that the breaking performance and anti-smashing performance of the protecting cover can satisfy the requirement of design specification.There is no penetrating damage occurred for the protecting cover after smashing by adapter at the free fall speed of 20 m/s for 5 times,and the maximum force is 1328 N when the cover breaks under simulation missile lunch condition,the protecting cover has good root fracture performance.
