摘要
目的探究“双固一通”温针灸联合康复训练治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法择取2018年4月至2021年10月接收的80例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加施“双固一通”温针灸。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的骨碱性磷酸酶(BAP)、骨保护素(OPG)、骨钙素(OC)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Rasmussen评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“双固一通”温针灸联合康复训练能有效控制膝骨性关节炎患者的炎症指标水平,改善骨代谢,促进关节功能恢复,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of"Shuanggu Yitong"warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis received from April 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment plans,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given"Shuanggu Yitong"warm acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bone alkaline phosphatase(BAP),osteoprotegerin(OPG)and osteocalcin(OC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and Rasmussen scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion"Shuanggu Yitong"warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effectively control the levels of inflammatory indexes in patients with knee osteoarthritis,improve bone metabolism and promote the recovery of joint function,which is worthy of promotion.
