摘要
花岗岩石粉具有来源广、价格低且性能良好的优势,其能否作为优良的基础料或外加剂从而提升水工混凝土的性能是亟需解决的问题。水工混凝土耐久性指标包括抗渗性、抗冻性、抗侵蚀性、混凝土的碳化、碱骨料反应等,其中最重要的性能为坍落度和抗压强度,二者亦是评价水工混凝土安全性和耐久性的重要指标。通过研究不同花岗岩石粉细度、不同掺加方式和不同掺量下水工混凝土的坍落度及抗压强度的变化规律,研究得出:掺加方式为外掺的情况下,掺入量为12%以下的细度为0~120μm的花岗岩石粉掺和料对水工混凝土的抗压强度及坍落度为正相关,显著提高水工混凝土的性能。
Granite powder has the advantages of wide source,low price,and good performance.Whether it can be used as an excellent base material or additive to improve the performance of hydraulic concrete is an urgent problem to be solved.The durability indicators of hydraulic concrete include impermeability,frost resistance,corrosion resistance,carbonation of concrete,alkali aggregate reaction,etc.The most important properties are slump and compressive strength,which are also important indicators for evaluating the safety and durability of hydraulic concrete.This article studies the changes in slump and compressive strength of hydraulic concrete with different fineness of granite powder,different mixing methods,and different dosage.The results show that when the addition method is external addition,the addition of granite powder with a fineness of 0-120μm and less than 12% has a positive correlation with the compressive strength and slump of hydraulic concrete,significantly improving the performance of hydraulic concrete.
