摘要
[目的]分析我国老年流动人口家庭医生服务的签约现状及其影响因素,为提高老年流动人口家庭医生签约率提供建议。[方法]以2018年中国流动人口卫生动态监测调查数据中5950个老年样本为研究对象,以安德森模型为框架,基于Logistics回归、PSM理论探讨中国老年流动人口家庭医生签约现状及影响因素。[结果]老年流动人口家庭医生的签约率为17.61%,知晓率为42.90%。回归分析结果显示,老年人口家庭医生签约率呈现较大的地区差异,具体影响因素有经济状况、健康教育接受情况、居民健康档案建立情况、流动范围、流入地区(P<0.05)。[结论]我国老年流动人口家庭医生签约率较低,中部地区签约率显著高于西部和东部。接受健康教育、建立居民健康档案可以显著提高老年流动人口的家庭医生签约率,经济状况越好、流动范围越大的老年流动人口家庭医生签约率越低。
Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of contracted family doctor services among elderly floating population in China,and to provide suggestions for improving the rate of contracted family doctor services among elderly floating population.Methods This paper discussed the current situation and influencing factors of contracted family doctor services among Chinese elderly floating population by taking 5950 elderly samples from 2018 China Migrants Dynamic Survey as the research objects and Anderson model as the framework,based on Logistics regression and propensity score matching theory(PSM).Results The rate and awareness rate of contracted family doctor services among Chinese elderly floating population were 17.61%and 42.90%respectively.The results of regression analysis showed that there was a large regional difference in the rate of contracted family doctor services among elderly population.The specific influencing factors were economic situation,acceptance of health education,the establishment of health record,the range of flow and places where floating population lives(P<0.05).Conclusions The rate of contracted family doctor services among Chinese elderly floating population was low,and the signing rate in central region was significantly higher than that in western and eastern regions.Receiving health education and establishing health records had a positive impact on improving the rate of contracted family doctor services among elderly floating population.The rate of contracted family doctor services among elderly floating population who had better economic status and larger mobile range was low.
