摘要
目的 探索分析紫杉醇联合卡铂同步放疗对老年非小细胞肺癌患者肿瘤标志物的影响和应用安全性。方法 选取2021年9月—2023年1月南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁医院收治的86例老年非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,依据随机编号法将其划分为对照组(43例)及研究组(43例)。所有入组对象均开展放疗,对照组采用紫杉醇和顺铂联合治疗,研究组采用紫杉醇和卡铂联合治疗,比较两组疗效、标志物的变化、不良反应及并发症的发生率。结果 研究组总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.468,P<0.05)。治疗9周后,研究组各肿瘤标志物水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组恶心呕吐、肌肉关节疼痛、白细胞减少、血小板减少、脱发、肝肾功能损害发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于老年非小细胞肺癌患者,通过紫杉醇与卡铂联合化疗和同期放疗可提升临床疗效,更好地降低肿瘤标志物水平,是一种安全且有效的治疗方案。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect and application safety of paclitaxel combined with carboplatin concurrent radiotherapy on tumor markers in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 86 elderly non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to Suqian Hospital of Nanjing Gulou Hospital Group from September 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(43 cases) and a study group(43 cases) based on the numbering method.All enrolled subjects underwent radiotherapy.The control group received a combination of paclitaxel and cisplatin,while the study group received a combination of paclitaxel and carboplatin.The efficacy,changes in biomarkers,incidence of adverse reactions,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.67% higher than that of the control group,which was 81.40%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.468,P<0.05).After 9 weeks of treatment,the average water content of various tumor markers in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea,vomiting,muscle and joint pain,leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,alopecia,and liver and kidney function damage in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer,paclitaxel and carboplatin combined with chemotherapy and concurrent radiotherapy can improve clinical efficacy and better reduce tumor marker levels.It is a safe and effective treatment plan.
