摘要
目的 分析下肢动脉血管超声检查对2型糖尿病患者糖尿病足风险预测的临床价值。方法 选取2018年1月—2022年12月如东县人民医院收治的60例2型糖尿病足患者为观察组,选取同期60例未患有糖尿病足的糖尿病者为对照组,对两组患者均进行下肢动脉血管超声检查,比较两组患者的下肢动脉斑块及狭窄检出情况、多普勒血流指标RI、足背动脉内径和观察组不同分级足背动脉内径情况。结果 观察组下肢动脉斑块检出率为100.00%(60/60),下肢动脉狭窄检出率为66.67%(40/60)。观察组多普勒血流指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组左、右侧足背动脉内径值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组2级患者的左侧足背动脉内径、右侧足背动脉内径高于3级、4级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 下肢动脉血管超声检查在预测2型糖尿病患者糖尿病足的发生风险中具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of lower extremity arterial vascular ultrasonography in predicting diabetic foot risk in type 2diabetic patients.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetic foot diagnosed and Admitted To Rudong County People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 60 diabetic patients without diabetic foot during the same period were selected as the control group.Lower limb artery vascular ultrasonography examination was performed in both groups,and the detection of lower limb artery plaque and stenosis,Doppler flow index RI,dorsal foot artery diameter of the two groups were compared with the internal diameter of dorsal foot artery of different grades in the observation group.Results The detection rate of lower extremity arterial plaque in the observation group was 100.00 %(60/60),and the detection rate of lower extremity arterial stenosis was 66.67%(40/60).The Doppler blood flow index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The value of diameter of the left and right dorsalis pedis artery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left dorsalis pedis artery diameter and the right dorsalis pedis artery diameter of the patients with grade 2 in the observation group were higher than those of grade 3 and grade 4,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lower extremity arterial vascular ultrasonography has high clinical value in predicting the risk of diabetic foot in type 2 diabetic patients.
