摘要
工程成本的控制、工程质量的提高是建筑工程管理的主要目标,建筑业传统招投标采购存在信息不对称、监管难度大、违规违法行为频现、资源消耗严重等问题,随着互联网时代的到来,电子招投标系统建设逐步成熟,在各行业领域的应用也越来越广泛。建筑业作为国民经济支柱型产业,更需要通过数字化、信息化技术来实现企业管理的转型升级。就电子招投标系统的应用现状和优势特点进行分析,并以上海建工营造阳光平台为例,对电子招投标平台在建筑企业的应用价值进行总结,可为行业内单位建设招投标平台提供参考。
The control of project cost and the improvement of project quality are the main objectives of construction project management.The traditional bidding procurement in the construction industry has problems such as asymmetric information,difficult supervision,frequent violations and illegal acts,and serious resource consumption.With the arrival of the Internet Age,the construction of electronic bidding system is gradually mature,and its application in various industries is more and more extensive.As a pillar industry of the national economy,the construction industry needs to achieve the transformation and upgrading of enterprise management through digital and information technology.The application status and advantages of the electronic bidding system are analyzed,and taking Shanghai Construction Group to build a sunshine platform as an example,the application value of the electronic bidding platform in construction enterprises is summarized,which can provide a reference for units in the industry to build a bidding platform.
