摘要
通过滴涂法和恒电位电聚合法将多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)和3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩(EDOT)修饰到玻碳电极表面,制备出多壁碳纳米管聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩复合修饰电极(MWCNTs-PEDOT/GCE),采用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)逐步对克拉霉素(CAM)的检测条件进行优化。结果显示,以pH=7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)为支持电解质,CAM在MWCNTs-PEDOT/GCE上呈现良好的电化学响应,在4.0×10^(-6)~1.0×10^(-4)mol/L范围内,电化学响应情况与CAM浓度呈明显的线性关系。
Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)and 3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene(EDOT)are modified onto the surface of glass carbon electrode through drip coating and potentiostatic electro-polymerization methods to prepare MWCNTs-PEDOT/GCE.Differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)method is employed to optimize the detection conditions of clarithromycin(CAM)step by step.It is shown that CAM has a good electrochemical response on MWCNTs-PEDOT/GCE when phosphate buffer solution(PBS)with a pH of 7.0 is used as the supporting electrolyte.The electrochemical response exhibits a significant linear relationship with the concentration of CAM within 4.0×10^(-6)-1.0×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1).
