摘要
随着我国科技的快速发展,冶金行业也开始朝着智能化方向发展,这使冶金行业在我国的地位迅速升高,对推进我国经济发展起到重要作用。同时在这一过程中冶金行业也面临着许多问题,冶金企业相关工作人员为了确保企业的可持续发展,要加强设备故障诊断和维护方面的工作,确保在电气自动化设备出现故障后能及时解决,从而推进冶金行业实现稳定发展。文章以冶金企业的高炉TRT发电机为例,结合电气自动化设备故障诊断和维护,探索冶金电气自动化设备安全稳定运行的方法,为冶金企业设备正常运行及安全生产提供保障。
With the rapid development of science and technology in our country,the metallurgical industry has also begun to develop towards the direction of intelligence,which makes the metallurgical industry in our country rapidly rising status,to promote the development of our economy plays an important role.At the same time,the metallurgical industry is also faced with many problems in this process.In order to ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise,the relevant staff of the metallurgical enterprise should deepen the work of equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance,to ensure that electrical automation equipment failure can be resolved in a timely manner,so as to promote the metallurgical industry can be stable development.Therefore,taking the blast furnace TRT generator of metallurgical enterprise as an example,combining with the fault diagnosis and maintenance of electric automation equipment,this paper explores the safe and stable operation method of metallurgical electric automation equipment,it provides guarantee for the normal operation and safe production of the equipments in Metallurgical Enterprises.
