摘要
为了解决郭庄矿综采作业过程中顶板难以自然垮落,给井下综采带来严重安全隐患的难题,提出了一种新型定向长钻孔双封单卡多点拖动分段水力压裂顶板弱化技术,实现对顶板的超前弱化。实际应用表明,该技术能够有效提高坚硬顶板的裂隙发育程度,可将平均来压步距比优化前降低62.8%,避免了采空区大面积悬顶导致的井下安全事故。
In order to solve the problem that the roof is difficult to collapse naturally in the operational process of fully mechanized mining in Guozhuang Mine,which brings serious potential safety hazards to the downhole fully mechanized mining,a new type roof weakening technology of directional long borehole,double sealing,single cassette,multi-point dragging and subsection hydraulic fracturing is proposed to realize the advance weakening of the roof.The practical application shows that this technology can effectively improve the degree of fissure development in hard roof,reduce the average weighting step distance by 62.8% compared to before optimization,and avoid downhole safety accidents caused by large area suspended roof in goaf.
