摘要
湛江作为广东省农业大市,生鲜农产品资源丰富,但销售渠道极为狭窄。随着新时代的发展人们对生鲜农产品的质量要求也就越来越高,传统的生鲜农产品已经满足不了大家对食品的需求,所以我们要通过改革并创新冷链物流的方式,提升生鲜农产品的流通性,降低生鲜农产品的运输成本,提升生鲜农产品的物流效率,为消费者提供更优质的农产品和服务。该文基于冷链物流对湛江生鲜农产品目前的发展进行研究,阐述研究背景、研究目的及意义,从现状分析、存在问题及对策建议3个方面探索冷链物流创新的湛江生鲜农产品的发展。
As a major agricultural city in Guangdong Province,Zhanjiang is rich in fresh agricultural resources,but the sales channel is very narrow.With the development of the new era,people's demand for the quality of fresh agricultural products is getting higher and higher,and the traditional fresh agricultural products can no longer meet everyone's demand for food,so we should reform and innovate the way of cold chain logistics,improve the fluidity of fresh agricultural products,reduce the transportation costs of fresh agricultural products,enhance the logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products,and provide consumers with more high-quality agricultural products and services.This paper studies the current development of fresh agricultural products in Zhanjiang based on cold chain logistics,and expounds the research background,research purpose and significance.From the current situation analysis,existing problems and countermeasures and suggestions,the paper explores the development of Zhanjiang fresh agricultural products with cold chain logistics innovation.
