内镜检查患儿健康教育与心理干预效果观察

Observation on the effect of health education and psychological intervention on children undergoing endoscopic examination

摘要 目的探究健康教育与心理干预在儿童内镜检查中的应用效果。方法选取医院2019年1月—2022年1月收治的内镜检查患儿144例为研究对象,按照组间基本资料匹配的原则分为观察组与对照组,每组72例。对照组患儿实施常规护理,观察组患儿在常规护理干预基础上给予健康教育及心理干预。采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较两组患儿干预前后焦虑及抑郁情绪的评分,观察两组患儿干预后检查成功率、不良反应、检查舒适度、家长满意程度情况。结果干预前,两组患儿的HAMA、HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患儿的HAMA评分和HAMD评分均低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的检查成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患儿的出现咽部疼痛率低于对照组,且胃舒张良好率高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的检查舒适程度高于对照组,患儿家长的护理满意程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对内镜检查患儿采取有效的健康教育及心理干预可提高检查成功率,缓解患儿检查中的焦虑及抑郁不良情绪,同时提高患儿的检查舒适程度,从而使患儿配合检查,最终提高家长护理满意程度。 Objective To explore the application eff ect of health education and psychological intervention in children's endoscopic examination.Methods A total of 144 pediatric patients undergoing endoscopic examination admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group based on the principle of matching basic data between the groups,with 72 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received health education and psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention to compare the scores of anxiety and depression before and after intervention between two groups of children using Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),and observe the examination success rate,adverse reactions,examination comfort degree,and parental satisfaction of the two groups of children after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no signifi cant diff erence in the scores of HAMA and HAMD between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The examination success rate of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of pharyngeal pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the good rate of gastric relaxation was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination comfort degree of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the parents'nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Eff ective health education and psychological intervention for children undergoing endoscopic examination can improve the success rate of the examination,alleviate anxiety and depression during the examination,and improve the comfort level of the examination,thereby enabling the children to cooperate with the examination and ultimately improving the parents'nursing satisfaction.
