摘要
提出了省级卫星遥感影像云服务平台的核心定位与建设思路,设计了平台的总体框架、主要功能、数据架构和实现技术路线,构建了福建省卫星遥感影像云服务平台。平台基于多源影像识别与生产流程构建、海量数据高效存贮管理、影像服务快速发布以及一体化节点赋能等关键技术,建成了“主动接收—自动处理—定向推送—在线服务”的生产服务链路,极大地提升了福建省遥感影像服务的全面性、时效性及易用性。
With the consideration of the core position and construction scheme of provincial cloud service platform for satellite image,this paper designs the overall framework,main functions,data architecture and technology route to implement the platform.Based on the key technologies such as multi-source image recognition and production process construction,efficient storage and management of massive data,rapid release of image services and integration of data nodes,the platform has established a production service link of "active reception-automatic processing-directed push-online service",greatly improving the comprehensiveness,timeliness and accessibility of remote sensing image services in Fujian province.
