摘要
目的:分析抑郁症肝郁脾虚证患者面诊客观参数特征,为该病证分类识别模型研究提供数据支持。方法:运用道生DS01-B舌面诊测信息采集系统采集抑郁症患者及健康对照者的面诊图像,提取并分析抑郁症肝郁脾虚证与非肝郁脾虚证面诊客观参数的差异。结果:与健康对照组比较,抑郁症组的总体Lab-L值、Lab-a值和Lab-b值显著降低(P<0.01);与抑郁症非肝郁脾虚证组比较,肝郁脾虚证组的总体、额头、眼眶、鼻Lab-a值及总体、额头、脸颊-左、脸颊-右和鼻Lab-b值显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:抑郁症肝郁脾虚证患者面诊特征参数具有差异性,可为该病证的中医诊断和进一步开展基于面诊客观参数的抑郁症肝郁脾虚证诊断模型研究提供数据支持。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of objective parameters of face diagnosis in patients with depression with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,and to provide data support for the research on the classification and recognition model of this disease.Methods:Using Daosheng Dso1-B tongue and face diagnosis information collection system to collect face images of depression patients and healthy controls,extract and analyze the differences in the objective parameters of face between liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome and non-liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.Results:Compared with the healthy control group,the Lab-L value,Lab-a value and Lab-b value of the depression group were significantly decreased(P<0.01);Compared with the non-liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome group,the overall,forehead,orbital and nose Lab-a values and the overall,forehead,cheek-left,cheek-right and nose Lab-b values in the liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome group were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Depression patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome have different face characteristics,which provides data support for further research on the diagnosis model of depression with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency based on objective parameters of face diagnosis,and also provides a certain objective basis for traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of this disease and syndrome.
