摘要
采用氢化双酚A型环氧树脂改性硅砂透水砖,探究硅砂粒径(35目、50目、70目)与环氧树脂掺量(2%、4%、6%、8%)对硅砂透水砖的强度、透水性能、保水性能、滤水性能以及防滑性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:当硅砂粒径为50目、环氧树脂掺量为4%时,硅砂透水砖的抗压、抗折和防滑性能最好,透水速率为1.5 mL/(min·cm^(2))、保水率为0.068 g/cm^(3),滤水率为90.2%。
To investigate the effect of silica sand particle size and epoxy resin content on the performance of silica sand permeable brick based on hydrogenated bisphenol A type epoxy resin.The content of epoxy resin was controlled to be 2%,4%,6%and 8%of the mass of silica sand,and the mesh size of silica sand was 35,50 and 70 mesh,respectively.The strength,water permeability,water retention,water filtration and anti-slip properties of the prepared silica sand permeable tiles were tested.The test results showed that when the particle size of silica sand was 50 mesh and the content of epoxy resin was 4%of the mass of silica sand,the silica sand permeable brick had the best compressive,flexural and anti-slip properties,and the water permeability rate could reach 1.5 mL/(min·cm^(2)),water retention rate 0.068 g/cm^(3) and water filtration rate 90.2%.
