摘要
目的探究多西环素联合红蓝光治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效及对患者生命质量的影响。方法选取2021年1—12月本院收治的80例中重度痤疮患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组40例。对照组给予多西环素治疗,实验组给予多西环素联合红蓝光治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后炎症、非炎症皮损数目和症状评分、生命质量评分。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组炎症、非炎症皮损数目均少于治疗前,且实验组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状评分均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生理职能、社会职能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于治疗前,且实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多西环素联合红蓝光治疗中重度痤疮患者效果显著,可减少患者皮损数目,减轻其临床症状,提高患者生命质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of doxycycline combined with red and blue light in the treatment of moderate to severe acne and its effect on the quality of life of patients.Methods 80 patients with moderate to severe acne admitted to our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with doxycycline,and the experimental group was treated with doxycycline combined with red and blue light,the clinical efficacy,the number of inflammatory and non-inflammatory skin lesions,symptom score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of inflammatory and non-inflammatory skin lesions of the two groups were less than before treatment,and the experimental group were less than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the rolephysical,role-social,role-emotional,and mental health scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Doxycycline combined with red blue light has significant effect on patients with moderate to severe acne,which can reduce the number of skin lesions,relieve clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
