摘要
随着全球经济局势的不断变化,新冠疫情的常态化发展,我国大学生就业形势越来越严峻。高校学生就业难和高质量就业不高的问题凸现出来,究其原因是学生就业能力不足。大学生职业生涯规划能力的培养,有利于学生正确的认识自我、分析内外部环境、科学的决策,根据社会发展需要和岗位需求,有针对性的制定就业能力提升方案,规划自已的未来,增强就业竞争力,顺利实现就业创业。应用型本科高校领导应高度重视大学生职业生涯规划能力的培养,职业生涯规划能力不仅适用于规划学生的大学生活,更是为了提高学生的综合素质和就业能力,规划自已的职业发展路径。本文阐述了大学生职业生涯规划能力培养的意义,通过对应用型本科高校大学生职业生涯规划能力培养模式的现状进行分析,发现在大学生职业生涯规划能力培养中存在的大学生职业生涯规划意识淡薄、课程建设缺少系统性、师资配备薄弱等问题并提出相应的优化对策,为大学生职业生涯规划教育提供借鉴。
With the constant change of the global economic situation and the normal development of the COVID-19 epidemic,the employment situation of college students in China is becoming more and more severe.It is difficult for college students to get employment and high quality employment is not high.The reason is that the students'employment ability is insufficient.The cultivation of college students'career planning ability is conducive to students'correct understanding of self,analysis of internal and external environment,scientific decision-making,according to the needs of social development and job needs,targeted development of employability improvement program,planning their future,enhance employment competitiveness,and achieve smooth employment.Leaders of application-oriented undergraduate universities should attach great importance to the cultivation of college students'career planning ability,which is not only applicable to planning students'college life,but also to improve students'comprehensive quality and employability and plan their own career development path.This paper expounds the significance of cultivating the ability of college students'career planning,based on the applied undergraduate colleges and universities the status quo of college students'career planning ability training mode were analyzed,and found in college students'career planning ability training of college students'career planning consciousness,the course construction lack of systematic,staffed problems such as weak and put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures,To provide reference for college students'career planning education.
