摘要
慢性病患者的药物依从性不佳往往导致不良的预后进而增加医疗成本。急性心肌梗死(AMI)作为威胁人类健康的主要慢性疾病之一,提高AMI患者服药依从性很有必要。然而,在选择合适的工具以探究药物依从程度和这个问题背后的原因方面缺乏普遍的指导。本文针对AMI患者用药依从性的干预措施、评估方法等进行了总结,为临床药师在慢病管理过程中提高AMI患者用药依从性工作提供参考。
The poor drug com pliance of patients with chronic dis eases often leads to poor prognos is and further increases medical costs.Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is one of the main chronic diseases that threaten human health,so it is necessary to improve the medication compliance of patients with AMI.However,there is a lack of general guidance in choosing appropriate tools to investigate the degree of drug compliance and the reasons behind this problem.The intervention measures and evaluation methods of medication compliance of patients with AMI were summarized in this paper,so as to provide reference for clinical pharmacists to improve the medication compliance of patients with AMI in the process of chronic disease management.
