摘要
徐深气田普遍应用以电伴热工艺为主、注甲醇工艺为辅的天然气防冻工艺,防止天然气水合物生成。随着气田开发时间增加,电热带老化现象严重,逐渐出现故障频发,维修难度大,更换投资高等问题,影响气田平稳生产。为保障气田高效开发,降低改造投资和运行成本,结合生产气井的建设情况及生产工况,对气井水合物生成进行预测分析,优化甲醇注入量、加注周期,可降低注醇的运行成本。通过电伴热工艺与注醇工艺技术经济对比分析,综合考虑气井生产工况、改造建设投资及运行能耗等多方面因素,确定两类防冻工艺技术经济界限的评价方法。在气井生产中后期电热带老化严重时,可优先考虑注醇防冻工艺,针对气井不同开发阶段,采用不同的防冻工艺技术路线,解决因电热带老化故障带来的生产难题,持续降低改造投资和生产运行成本,为徐深气田开发全周期的天然气防冻工艺技术路线优选提供技术支撑。
In Xushen Gas Field,a natural gas anti-freezing process mainly based on electric heat trac-ing and supplemented by methanol injection is widely used to prevent the formation of natural gas hy-drate.With the time of the gas field exploitation increasing,the aging of ribbon heater turns into a seri-ous problem.Aging leads to frequent failures,high difficulty in maintenance and high investment in re-placement of ribbon heater,which has seriously affected natural gas production.In order to ensure the efficient development of gas fields,reduce transformation investment and operating costs,combined with the construction and production conditions of production gas wells,the generation of gas hydrates in gas wells is predicted and analyzed,injection volume and injection cycle of methanol are optimized,and the operating cost of methanol injection is reduced.By comparing and analyzing the technical and economic aspects of the electric heat tracing process and the alcohol injection process,and taking into account various factors such as gas well production conditions,renovation construction investment,and operational energy consumption,the evaluation method for the technical and economic boundaries of the two types of anti-freezing processes is determined.In the middle and late periods of gas well pro-duction,when the ribbon heater is seriously aging,priority can be given to methanol injection anti freezing process.Different anti-freezing process technology routes are adopted for different development stages of the gas well to solve the production problems caused by the ribbon heater aging fault,continu-ously reduce the transformation investment and production and operation costs,and provide technical support for the optimization of technology routes of natural gas anti-freezing process throughout the de-velopment cycle of Xushen Gas Field.
