摘要
水利设施更新建设对于洪涝灾害频发的城市灾害防控和远期发展至关重要,潼湖围流域水利设施防洪标准低,水闸存在严重安全隐患,同时排涝设备陈旧导致调蓄水域减少,洪泛区水灾害问题频繁显现。以陈屋边水闸为研究背景,从蓄排涝计算、工程物布置及闸轴线选择、主要建筑物型式及稳定性分析角度论证潼湖围水闸重建工程的科学性和适用性,研究成果可为地区洪涝灾害防治提供有效技术参考。
The renovation and construction of water conservancy facilities is crucial for the prevention and control of urban disasters with frequent floods and long-term development.The flood control standards of water conservancy facilities in the Tonghuwei Basin are low,and there are serious safety hazards in the water gates.At the same time,outdated drainage equipment has led to a reduction in the regulation and storage water area,and frequent water disasters in flooded areas have emerged.Taking Chenwubian Sluice as the research background,this paper demonstrates the scientific and applicability of the reconstruction project of Tonghuwei Sluice from the perspectives of flood storage and drainage calculation,engineering layout and gate axis selection,main building types and stability analysis.The research results can provide effective technical references for the prevention and control of regional flood disasters.
