明洞衬砌一体化外模研究与应用

Research and Application of Integrated External Formwork for Open-pit Tunnel Lining

摘要 传统的明洞外模施工局限性较强,存在周期长、材料损耗量大等问题,且混凝土成型后的质量难以得到保证。鉴于此,以潍烟铁路明洞衬砌施工为例,结合现场实际情况,适时与施工一线进行沟通,总结经验,衬砌外模由传统的模板安装方式,改为一体化外模进行拼装,可以节省人工,缩短施工时间,同时提升施工效率和施工质量。此措施不仅能指导潍烟铁路明洞衬砌施工,还可以推广至类似结构的施工,为未来类似工程的施工以及规范的编制提供理论和技术储备。 The traditional open-pit external formwork construction has strong limitations,such as long cycles and high material loss,and the quality of concrete after forming is difficult to guarantee.Therefore,this paper takes the lining construction of the Weiyan Railway open cut tunnel as an example,combined with the actual situation on site,to summarize experience.The traditional installation method of lining external formwork has been changed to integrated external formwork for assembly,which can save labor,shorten construction time,and improve construction efficiency and quality.It can not only guide the lining construction of the Weiyan Railway open cut tunnel,but also be extended to the construction of similar structures,providing theoretical and technical reserves for the construction of similar projects and the preparation of specifications in the future.
