摘要
目的为多维元素片(21)辅助治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)提供参考。方法归纳多维元素片(21)的配方特点及其辅助治疗ROU的机理,并比较含多维元素片(21)的不同疗法(二联疗法、三联疗法、微生态疗法)辅助治疗ROU的临床疗效。结果多维元素片(21)为维生素及微量元素类非处方药,含有的维生素C、B族维生素、锌、铁、硒、镁、赖氨酸等营养素可促进胶原蛋白合成,加速机体新陈代谢,保护皮脂腺及黏膜组织,具有增强机体免疫力、促进溃疡面愈合的作用。在ROU的二联、三联及微生态疗法中,多维元素片(21)常作为营养素补充剂被联合使用,并能提高患者的临床总有效率。结论多维元素片(21)可作为ROU的辅助治疗药物。
Objective To provide a reference for Vitamins with Minerals Tablets(21)in the adjuvant treatment of recurrent oral ulcer(ROU).Methods The formulation characteristics of Vitamins with Minerals Tablets(21)and their mechanism in the adjuvant treatment of ROU were summarized.The clinical efficacy of different therapies(dual therapy,triple therapy and microecological therapy)of Vitamins with Minerals Tablets(21)in the adjuvant treatment of ROU was compared.Results Vitamins with Minerals Tablets(21)are the over-the-counter drugs of vitamins and trace elements,containing vitamin C,vitamin B,zinc,iron,selenium,magnesium,lysine and other nutrients.They can promote the synthesis of collagen and the metabolism of the body,protect the sebaceous gland and mucosal tissue,improve the immunity of the body and promote the healing of ulcer surfaces.Vitamins with Minerals Tablets(21)are often used as nutrient supplements combined with other drugs in the dual,triple and microecological therapies for ROU,and they can improve the overall clinical efficacy of patients.Conclusion Vitamins with Minerals Tablets(21)can be used as the adjuvant treatment drugs for ROU.
