三岔湖眉山片区水环境污染现状及水环境容量研究 被引量:6

摘要 三岔湖眉山片区是眉山东部新城下一步重点发展区域,其高质量发展受水环境质量和水资源现状的影响较大,为实现片区发展与水环境保护的和谐,本论文对三岔湖眉山片区水环境污染现状及水环境容量进行了分析。本研究采用ArcGis确定片区内绛溪河、祥符寺河和石板河3条主要入库河流的汇水范围,通过水质监测数据分析其现状水质达标情况,对各汇水范围内的污染源进行调查统计并计算污染负荷,并对远期2030年的污染源进行了预测,结合一维稳态水质模型核定纳污能力空间。结果表明:三岔湖眉山片区3条主要入库河流均存在不同程度超标,主要超标因子为COD和TP;2021年主要污染源为畜禽散养和农业面源,绛溪河控制单元污染负荷占比最大,2030年主要污染源为城市面源和城镇生活污染,直接入库控制单元占比最大;绛溪河流域2021年达标需削减COD 11.357t/a、总磷0.068t/a,祥符寺河需削减COD 4.711t/a,石板河需削减COD 4.006t/a。本研究通过污染源、水环境容量及达标对策分析,以期为下一步新区的产业引入、生态环境保护及水资源保障等方面提供基础数据及理论参考。 Meishan area of Sancha Lake is the next key development area of Meishan eastern New center,its high-quality development is greatly affected by water environment quality and water resources status,in order to realize the harmony between the development of the area and the water environment protection,this paper analyzed the current situation of water environment pollution and water environment capacity in Meishan area of Sancha Lake.In this study,the catchment range of Jiangxi River,Xiangfusi River and Shiban River was determined by ArcGis,the current water quality were analyzed through water quality monitoring data,the pollution sources within each catchment area were investigated,the pollution load was calculated,and the pollution sources in 2030 were predicted,combining with the one-dimensional steady-state water quality model,the pollution absorbing capacity space was verified The results showed that the three main rivers in Meishan area of Sancha Lake all exceeded the standard to varying degrees,and the main exceeding factors were COD and TP.In 2021,the main sources of pollution were dispersed livestock and poultry breeding and agricultural non-point sources,the pollution load of Jiangxi River control unit accounted for the largest proportion.In 2030,urban non-point sources and urban household pollution will be the main sources of pollution,accounted for the largest proportion.The Jiangxi River Basin needs to reduce COD 11.357 t/a and total phosphorus 0.068 t/a to reach the standard in 2021,the Xiangfusi River needs to reduce COD 4.711 t/a,and the Shiban River needs to reduce COD 4.006 t/a.Through the analysis of pollution sources,water environmental capacity and countermeasures to meet standard,this study is expected to provide basic data and theoretical reference for the industry introduction,ecological environmental protection and water resources protection of the new district in the next step.
