摘要
利用InVEST模型对湖南省生态红线区2015—2021年的生境质量进行评估,以揭示2018年生态红线划定前后土地利用变化对红线区生境质量的影响。结果显示:2015—2021年,湖南省生态红线区一直都以林地面积占比最高;耕地和不透水面面积增加,林地、草地和水体面积减少,呈现“两增三减”的变化特征。2015—2021年,湖南省生态红线区土地利用综合动态度呈增加趋势,耕地和不透水面的单一土地利用动态度均持续增加,但在2018—2021年其增幅都在减小。湖南省生态红线区以优等生境质量区域为主,生境质量总体优良;整个生态红线区基本都有生境退化的趋势,但以轻度退化为主。湖南省生态红线区划定后,生境质量指数平均值下降幅度明显减缓,从2015—2018年的下降0.002减缓至2018—2021年的下降0.001;优等生境质量区域面积变化幅度由2015—2018年的减少0.12%变为2018—2021年的增加0.09%。研究结果表明,湖南省生态红线区划定以后,政府相关部门对生态红线区的管理和保护工作得到了加强,有效遏制了生境质量的退化。
The InVEST model was selected to evaluate the habitat qualitywithinthe ecologicalred line area in Hunan Province from 2015 to 2021,in order to reveal the impact of land use change on habitat quality before and after the delineation of the ecological red line(2018).The results showed as follow:From 2015 to 2021,the proportion of forest land in the ecological red line area in Hunan Province was the highest.The area of cultivated land and impervious surface increased,while the area of forest land,grassland and water decreased,showing a change characteristic of“two increases and three decreases”.From 2015 to 2021,the dynamic degree of synthetic land use in the ecological red line area in Hunan Province showed an increasing trend.The single land use dynamic attitude of cultivated and impervious surface continued to increase,but their increases are decreasing in 2018 to 2021.The ecological red line area in Hunan Province is mainly composed of habitat quality area with excellence,and the habitat quality was generally excellent.There was a trend of habitat degradation in the whole ecological red line area,which was mainly mild.After the ecological red line area in Hunan Province was delineated,The rate of decline observed from 2015 to 2018 was 0.002,which has slowed down to a decrease of 0.001 from 2018 to 2021.The change rate of excellent habitat quality area changed from 0.12%decrease in 2015—2018 to 0.09%increase in 2018—2021.The results showed that after the ecological red line area in Hunan Province was delineated,the management and protection of the ecological red line area by relevant government departments have been strengthened,and habitat quality degradation has been effectively curbed.
