摘要
思想政治教育客体属性对国家治理主体需要的满足构成思想政治教育国家治理价值,这是对“思想政治教育生命线”价值的深层次论证与进一步要求。国家治理对思想政治教育的需求与国家治理现代化的目标同步增长,推进国家治理体系与治理能力现代化迫切需要发挥思想政治教育的国家治理价值。在新的历史条件下推进国家治理,思想政治教育必须充分发挥目标价值、内容价值、主体价值、方法价值、发展价值,引领价值信仰、夯实认同基础、培育时代新人、汇聚治理合力、推进守正创新,将思想政治教育的国家治理价值充分转化为国家治理效能。
The value of ideological and political education for national governance is constituted by the satisfaction of the needs of the object of ideological and political education,which is the deeper proof and further requirement of the value of"the lifeline of ideological and political education".The demand for ideological and political education in national governance has grown in tandem with the goal of modernizing national governance,and there is an urgent need to bring into play the national governance value of ideological and political education in order to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.To promote national governance under new historical conditions,ideological and political education must give full play to the value of objectives,content,subjects,methods and development,lead value beliefs,solidify the foundation of identity,nurture the new generation,gather the synergy of governance,promote the innovation,and fully transform the national governance value of ideological and political education into national governance effectiveness.
