摘要
相比传统的钢筋连接方式,钢筋套筒连接的适应性强,施工便捷,能确保工程质量并提高经济效益,因此被广泛应用于工程中。文章以某公路工程为例,根据室内力学试验对比分析了套筒对钢筋力学性能的影响。结果表明,无套筒钢筋试件和套筒试件的拉伸性能在屈服强度、极限强度和抗拉强度方面几乎相同;较大长径比的套筒钢筋,其承载能力随着应变的增加而迅速下降,研究结果可为相关工程提供参考。
Compared with traditional steel bar connection methods,the steel bar sleeve connection has the characteristics of strong adaptability and convenient construction,which can ensure the engineering quality and improve the economic benefits,so it is widely used in engineering.Taking a highway engineering as an example,the influence of sleeve on the mechanical properties of steel bars was compared and analyzed according to the indoor mechanical test.The results show that the tensile properties of the sleeveless steel bar specimen and the sleeve specimen are almost the same in terms of yield strength,ultimate strength and tensile strength.The bearing capacity of sleeve steel bar with larger aspect ratio decreases rapidly with the increase of strain.The research results can provide reference for relevant engineering.
