摘要
文章以厦门新型国际会议中心超大面积钢桁架安装工程为例,详细介绍了整体提升同步控制技术原理与步骤,对同步控制要求和系统设计方案进行分析,采用结构分析软件对提升过程结构的变形和内力进行分析验算,保障方案实施的可行性和安全性。根据现场实施情况,整体提升过程平稳同步,施工效率高,提升后结构对位精准,安装质量高,圆满完成了超大面积钢桁架的安装任务。
Taking the super-large area steel truss installation engineering in Xiamen New International Conference Center as an example,the principles and steps of the integral lifting synchronous control technology are introduced in detail,and the synchronous control requirements and system design scheme are analyzed.The structural analysis software is used to analyze and calculate the deformation and internal force of the structure during the lifting process to ensure the feasibility and safety of the scheme implementation.According to the on-site implementation,the integral lifting process is stable and synchronous,the construction efficiency is high,the structure alignment is accurate after lifting,the installation quality is high,and the installation task of super-large area steel truss is successfully completed.
