摘要
陕西铅硐山选矿二分厂采用优先浮选原则流程,先抑锌浮铅,再活化、捕收锌。在之前的技改中,引进了原生电位浮选工艺,大部分指标都有所改善,但锌金属指标仍不稳定。现使用新型捕收剂MB取代丁基黄药进行试验,稳定和提高了锌金属指标,降低了药剂成本,改善了环境。
Shaanxi Qiandongshan Concentrator No.2 Branch Plant adopts the principle of preferential flotation,which first suppresses zinc and floats lead,then activates and collects zinc.In the previous technical transformation,the primary potential flotation process was introduced,and most of the indicators were improved,but the zinc metal indicators were still unstable.At present,a new collector MB is used to replace butyl xanthate,which stabilizes and improves the zinc metal index,reduces the reagent cost and improves the environment.
