智能制造背景下基于能力培养的过程性考核体系构建与实践

摘要 智能制造已经成为当今时代主题,是实现“中国制造2025”和走向世界强国的必经之路,卓越人才是智能制造的关键基础。然而,现有课程的过程性考核体系存在缺乏标准、维度低、区分度低、针对性不强等问题,难以促进智能制造背景下卓越人才的全方位能力培养。针对这一问题,以“能力需求—评价标准—方法依据—考核主体—体系实践”为主线,通过明确“四位一体”能力培养的需求结构、制定科学合理的考核指标、设计适合的过程性考核方法、构建多元化的过程性考核主体、开展过程性考核体系的实践,从而建立科学有效的课程考核评价体系,提升学生学习主动性和教学效果,促进学生全方位能力培养。 Intelligent manufacturing had become the main theme of the present era,which is the only route for realizing“Made in China 2025”and becoming a world power.Outstanding talent is the critical foundation of intelligent manufacturing.However,there are some problems in the procedural evaluation system of existing courses,such as lack of standards,low dimension,low discrimination and lack of pertinence.This evaluation system is harmful to the all-around ability training of outstanding talent under intelligent manufacturing background.In order to solve these problems,the main line of ability demand,evaluation criterion,method basis,evaluation body,system practiceis adopted to establish the scientific and effective courses evaluation system.The main research content includes clearing the demand structure of fourin-one ability training,developing the scientific and reasonable evaluation indexes,designing the appropriate the procedural evaluation method,establishing the pluralistic procedural evaluation body and practicing the procedural evaluation system.The main goal of this paper is to improve the learning initiative and teaching result,and promote the integrated development of student ability training.
