摘要
针对现有通信工程部队施工装备体系效能综合评价研究的不足,从科学性、先进性、适应性、配套性四个维度构建了综合评价指标体系,设计了由网络层次分析法、熵权法、云模型等数理方法组成的综合评价模型,并以X通信工程部队为研究对象进行了实际运用。研究结果表明,X通信工程部队施工装备效能整体评价为中等水平,验证了指标体系和评价模型的可行性。
In view of the shortcomings of the current research on the comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of the construction equipment system of the communication engineering force,a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed from the four dimensions of scientificity,progressiveness,adaptability and compatibility.A comprehensive evaluation model composed of network analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method,and cloud model is designed,and X communication engineering force is taken as the research object for practical application.The research results show that the overall evaluation of the construction equipment efficiency of the X communication engineering unit is medium level,which verifies the feasibility of the index system and evaluation model.
