摘要
为研究不同穿销类型榫卯节点的抗震性能,考察了榫高、榫厚、柱径对节点力学性能的影响,采用有限元软件建模对榫卯节点进行拟静力分析,得到3类试件的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、耗能能力等抗震指标。结果表明:3类穿销榫卯的滞回曲线均呈现明显的Z型,捏缩效应较明显,3类试件的承载力相差不大;榫高、榫厚、柱径对榫卯节点的承载能力有显著影响,节点承载能力随榫厚、柱径增大而增大,随榫高的增大先增大后减小;根据穿销榫卯的骨架曲线建立了节点的弯矩-转角双折线模型,探讨了榫高、榫厚、柱径对模型参数的影响。在木结构设计中,应综合考虑榫卯尺寸变化对节点力学性能的影响。
In order to study the seismic behavior of tenon-mortise joints with different pin types,as well as the influence of three parameters such as tenon height,tenon thickness,and column diameter on the mechanical properties of tenon-mortise joints,in this study,finite element software modeling was used for the quasi-static analysis of tenon-mortise joints,and the seismic indexes such as hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,and energy dissipation capacity of three types of specimens were obtained.The results showed that the hysteresis curves of the three types of tenon-mortise joints penetrating pin showed obvious Z-shape,and the pinch effect was obvious.The bearing capacity of three types of tenon-mortise joints with penetrating pin under repeated load was not significantly different.The tenon height,tenon thickness and column diameter had significant influence on the bearing capacity of tenon-mortise joints.The bearing capacity of joint increased with the increasing of tenon thickness and column diameter,and increased first and then decreased with the increase of tenon height.According to the skeleton curve of tenon-mortise with penetrating pin,a bending moment-turning angle bilinear model of the joint was established,which explored the influence of tenon height,tenon thickness and column diameter on the model parameters.In the design of wood structures,the influence of the size change of tenonmortise on the mechanical properties of joints should be considered comprehensively.
