近距离弱冲击煤层群超大孔径瓦斯治理研究 被引量:1

Study on Gas Control of Super Large Aperture in Close Weak Impact Coal Seam Group

摘要 近距离弱冲击松软煤层群掘进期间,常规的瓦斯治理钻孔采用水排渣,塌孔严重。抽采期间钻孔抽采效率差,孔内煤壁塌陷、封堵无法使用,增加了抽采难度。针对该问题采用数值模拟和工程应用实践研究,提出超大孔径一次成孔,高叶片可调速螺旋钻杆旋转排出钻头切割煤屑。针对大埋深近距离煤层群瓦斯,实现同时治理和同步降冲,减少了钻孔施工量,降低了施工成本,瓦斯治理效果显著提升,提供了高效的近距离煤层群掘进期间工作面瓦斯治理的新装备、新工艺。 During the excavation of close weak impact and soft coal seam group,the conventional gas control drilling adopts water drainage,which leads to serious hole collapse.During the extraction period,the extraction efficiency of drilling is poor,and the coal wall collapse and plugging in the hole cannot be used,which increases the difficulty of extraction.Numerical simulation and engineering application practice research were applied to this problem,proposed one-time pore-forming through super large aperture,and high blade speed adjustable auger drill pipe rotation to discharge drill cutting coal chips.For large buried deep near coal seam group gas,achieves simultaneous control and synchronous impact reduction,reduces the amount of drilling construction,reduces the construction cost,and gas control effect is significantly improved,which provides efficient new equipment and new technology for gas control of the working face during the excavation of close coal seam group.
