摘要
目的:基于昆明医科大学第二附属医院尿路结石患者临床诊疗数据,建立尿路结石专病数据库,为尿路结石疾病临床诊疗随访及科研数字化管理提供平台。方法:基于2013年1月至2022年6月就诊于昆明医科大学第二附属医院尿路结石患者相关临床诊疗数据,利用自然语言技术实现数据库的结构化,并根据行业标准实现数据元标准化。结果:尿路结石专病数据库共纳入业务域14个、数据域148个和数据元617个,实现了对26764例尿路结石患者临床诊疗数据采集及新入数据定期采集、检索功能,建立了患者随访数据采集系统,实现了数据标准化。结论:昆明医科大学第二附属医院尿路结石专病数据库的建立,为尿路结石临床诊疗、随访、临床科研数字化管理打下了坚实的基础。
Objective To establish a special disease database of urinary calculi based on the clinical data of patients with urinary calculi diseases from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University,and to provide a platform for the clinical diagnosis and treatment follow-up and scientific research of urinary calculi.Methods Based on the clinical data of urinary calculi patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2013 to June 2022,the database was structured by using natural language technology and data elements were standardized in accordance with industry standards.Results A total of 14 business domains,148 data domains,and 617 data elements were included in the special disease database of urinary calculi,realizing the function of collecting clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 26,764 patients with urinary calculi,regular collection and retrieval of new data,and standardizing the data of the follow-up data collection system.Conclusion The establishment of a urinary calculi database in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University has laid a solid foundation for the digital management of clinical diagnosis and treatment,follow-up,and clinical research of urinary calculi.
