摘要
生猪产业是我国畜禽生产的重要组成部分,包括大白猪在内的国外瘦肉型猪种是目前养殖的主要商品品种,在保障居民蛋白质需求方面发挥着重要作用。随着技术进步及检测成本降低,全基因组选择得到了广泛应用,国内外大白猪育种进展取得新突破,同时市场需求及主要流行疫病的改变也开启了大白猪研究的新方向。本文对近5年大白猪繁殖性状、生长性状、肉品质性状、抗性性状研究进展进行归纳总结,以期为我国大白猪良种选育工作提供参考。
The pig industry is an important part of the livestock and poultry production in China,at present,the foreign lean pig breeds including Large White pig are the main commercial breeds which play an important role in ensuring the protein requirements for residents.Recent years,whole genome selection has been widely used because of the progress of technology and the reduction of testing cost,new technological breakthroughs have been made in breeding of Large White pigs in China and abroad.Meanwhile,the changes of market demand and major epidemics have also led to new directions for Large White pig research.In this manuscript,we reviewed in recent 5 years research progress of advanced breeding methods on reproduction traits,growth traits,meat quality traits,resistance traits of Large White Pigs,in order to provide reference for the Large White pig breeding.
