摘要
近年来,随着百姓生活的持续改善,生活垃圾焚烧发电厂也在加速布局,现阶段正逐步由大城市向中小城市、由东部经济发达地区向中西部欠发达地区推进。较之大城市生活垃圾发电厂,中小型生活垃圾焚烧发电厂规模普遍不大,相应电厂设备普遍小型化、成套化。锅炉作为生活垃圾发电厂核心设备也开始较多采用500 t/d以下的锅炉,其设备安装也呈现出一些自身的特点。本文通过具体案例对中小型生活垃圾发电厂锅炉设备安装技术进行分析和探讨,以期为同行提供参考和借鉴。
In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people’s living environment,the layout of domestic waste incineration power plants has also accelerated,and at this stage it is gradually being promoted from big cities to small and medium-sized cities,from economically developed areas in the east to underdeveloped areas in the central and western regions.Compared with domestic waste power plants in big cities,these small and medium-sized domestic waste incineration power plants are generally small in scale,and the corresponding equipment is generally small and complete.As the core equipment of domestic waste power plant,boilers with a capacity of less than 500 t/d are widely used,and their equipment installation also presents some technical characteristics.In this paper,the installation technology of boiler equipment in small and medium-sized domestic waste power plants is analyzed and discussed with specifi c cases,in order to provide reference for peers.
