摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对北京冬奥会经济效益和生态效益协同发展的内涵、成效、经验进行研究,并提出对大型赛事的启示。发展经验:完善赛事计划,建立可持续办赛政策体系;厉行节俭办赛,助力降低成本和少污低耗;推动城市转型,缓解致富和环保矛盾难题;强化科技赋能,深化经济和生态协同效果。对大型赛事的启示:以可持续为目标科学制订赛事计划,厉行节俭办赛减少资源浪费和环境污染,把握赛事契机助力城市生态友好转型,推进科技多场景、多领域应用。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studied the connotation,effect and experience of the coordinated development of economic and ecological benefits of Beijing Winter Olympics,and put forward the enlightenment for large-scale events.Development experience:It improves the event plan to establish a sustainable policy system,practices thriftiness in organizing the event to help reduce costs and pollution,promotes urban transformation to alleviate the contradiction between prosperity and environmental protection,and strengthens scientific and technological empowerment to deepen economic and ecological synergies.Enlightenment for large-scale events:We should make scientific planning for the event with the goal of sustainability,implement frugal hosting of the event to reduce resource waste and environmental pollution,seize the opportunity of the event to promote the ecological transformation of the city,and promote the application of science and technology in multiple scenarios andfields.
