摘要
俄罗斯东部地区拥有世界上10%的森林资源,临近资源产地是森林工业发展最为有利的因素之一,俄罗斯东部地区过去一直以出口原木和初级产品为主。近些年,俄罗斯重视东部地区的森工产业,相关部门正着手制定新的国家工业政策,以实现森林工业的有效运行和集约化发展。俄罗斯在国家东部地区的森工综合体领域推行优先投资项目,目前优先项目主要集中于扩大锯材和纸浆的生产,并促进森林工业向生产深加工产品和高附加值产品转型。我国是俄罗斯东部地区森林工业的重要合作伙伴,俄罗斯东部地区森工产品的现代化转型,双方在森工综合体领域的合作具有广泛前景。
Eastern Russia is home to 10%of the world's forest resources.Although its proximity to the resources is one of the most favorable factors for the development of the forest industry,eastern Russia has historically been dominated by the export of logs and primary products.In recent years,Russia pays more and more attention to the forest industry in the eastern region.Relevant departments are working out new national industrial policies to realize the effective operation and intensive development of the forest industry.Russia is pursuing priority investment projects in the forestry complex in the eastern region of the country.Currently,priority projects are focused on expanding the production of sawtimber and pulp and promoting the transformation of the forest industry to the production of highly processed and high value-added products.China is an important partner of the forest industry in eastern Russia,and the modernization transformation of forest products in eastern Russia also meets the market demand of China.The cooperation between the two sides in the field of forest industry complex has broad prospects.
