摘要
依托某地铁车站下穿既有轻轨区间隧道工程的施工安全问题,利用数值分析和监控量测手段对新建地铁车站展开前期预测和影响分析,并结合既有结构的先行评估结果,建立变形控制标准,制订动态加固措施;最终提出了新建车站施工,以小导洞开挖期沉降控制为重点工序、以相邻两沉降缝间既有结构变形为沉降控制重点区段、以初期支护注浆和千斤顶为沉降控制关键措施的综合控制方案。该方案的实施,确保了密贴下穿施工的安全以及既有地铁的安全运营,为新建结构密贴下穿既有地下结构等类似工程提供了借鉴。
Based on the construction safety issues of a subway station crossing an existing light rail section tunnel project,numerical analysis and monitoring measurement methods are used to conduct preliminary prediction and impact analysis on the newly built subway station.Combined with the preliminary evaluation results of the existing structure,deformation control standards are established and dynamic reinforcement measures are formulated;Finally,a comprehensive control plan was proposed for the construction of a new station,with settlement control during the excavation period of the small pilot tunnel as the key process,deformation of the existing structure between adjacent settlement joints as the key section for settlement control,and initial support grouting and jacks as the key measures for settlement control.The implementation of this plan has ensured the safety of the construction of dense underpass and the safe operation of existing subways,providing reference for similar projects such as the construction of new structures with dense underpass and existing underground structures.
