摘要
本研究使用密集钢芯组成通用钥匙插头,优化了设计并增加了固定式旋转把手,解决了配电设备中不同型号通锁钥匙不匹配的问题。经过实际测试,通用钥匙可打开各种形状的柜门锁,并可用作套筒扳手,紧固或拆除螺母、螺栓等。该成果应用于生产运行领域,减轻了携带不同类型钥匙的麻烦,提高了工作效率,同时节约了公司成本和金属资源。
In this study,the dense steel core is used to form a universal key plug,which optimizes the design and adds the fixed rotary handle,thus solving the mismatch problem of universal keys with different types in electricity distribution equipment.Through the practical test,the universal key can open cabinet door locks of various shapes and can be used as a socket wrench to tighten or remove nuts,bolts,etc.The application of this product in the field of production and operation can reduce the trouble of carrying different types of keys,improve work efficiency,and save the company’s costs and metal resources.
