摘要
实施乡村振兴战略,是我国解决“三农”问题的重要举措,是对现代农业的发展与创新的思考。观光农业是将农业特色与旅游资源整合发展形成的交叉产业。本文通过回顾观光农业的发展简史,分析了我国观光农业与国外观光农业发展历程的不同。通过观光农业园区规划布局的原则和思路、设计内容和园区类型,分析了不同地域的农业特色与旅游资源和文化现象的整合过程。旅游活动为观光农业提供了展示的平台和新的消费者;观光农业为旅游活动提供了新的亮点;此种交叉产业为社会提供了更多投资和就业的机会。观光农业带来经济效益的同时,也出现了较多问题,如观光农业园区重复资源利用率低、园区营销具有淡旺季和农业特色不突出等。进一步综述了观光农业园区规划的发展现状与对策,并提出了建议,以便促进乡村振兴战略下观光农业产业发展。
Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is an important measure to solve"Agricultural,Rural and Farmers"issues in China,and it is a reflection on the dev elopment and innovation of modern agriculture.Sightseeing agriculture is a cross industry formed by integrating agricultural characteristics with tourism resources.This article reviewed the development history of tourism agriculture and analyzes the differences in the development process between China′s tourism agriculture and foreign tourism agriculture.Through the principles and ideas of planning and layout,design content,and types of sightseeing agricultural parks,the integration process of agricultural characteristics,tourism r esources,and cultural phenomena in different regions were analyzed.Tourism activities provided a display platform and new consumers for sightseeing agriculture;Sightseeing agriculture provideed new highlights for tourism activities;Cross industries provided more investment and employment opportunities for society.While tourism agriculture brings economic benefits,there are also many problems,such as low utilization rate of repetitive resources in tourism agricultural parks,weak and peak seasons in park marketing,and lack of prominent agricultural characteristics.This article summarized the current development status and countermeasures of tourism agricultural park planning,and put forward suggestions,laying a certain foundation for better promoting the development of tourism agricultural industry under the strategy of rural revitalization.
